Are your medications working?

When I hear people listing off all their medications AND the side effects of those medications and how things aren’t really any better…

I don’t get it.

As a functional and holistic health coach and mind | body practitioner I simply can’t understand why one wouldn’t seek out other options that could potentially support them if the current path… isn’t really doing all that much.

I know that our healthcare and insurance systems are working as designed and generally not supportive of ‘alternative’ or ‘complementary’ methods but still… there are options out there.
